Manager - Lawn Care Division

Grow and manage the Lawn Care Division.

Includes, but not limited to marketing, recruiting, training, agronomic over-sight, administrative over-sight, pricing, strategic planning, and management of operations.

Residential Lawn Care - Continue developing marketing strategies for growth, procedures, and tactics, and the successful execution of such strategies. Develop sound sales and profit projections, and meet or exceed said projection for the RLC Division.

Commercial Lawn Care - Manage the operations of established commercail accounts to include lawn care and tree and shrub care. This includes fertilization, insect and disease control, with coordinated assistance of Commercial Account Managers.

Qualifications

Degree in agronomy, horticulture, turf science or related field preferred.
Must demonstrate an entrepreneurial or business aptitude.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team.

General Responsibilities

You will be required to educate yourself to the newest marketing, administrative, and operational advancements available to the market.
Assure TURFMaster Meets or exceeds PDA requirements
Train applicators in proper operations.
Assist in diagnosis and remediation of both turf and tree/shrub disease, insect and nutritional requirements.
Purchasing of equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
Assist in routing of all.
Assure accurate and proper billing and communications to customers.
