Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to four crew members.
- Conduct face to face meetings with clients to review daily task lists.
- Assist management and construction supervisors to achieve superior quality final products.
- Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material.
- Evaluation of plant material post-installation and conduct replacements and adjustments.
- Hand pruning of shrubs and small trees, and container planting and maintenance.
- Procure materials and supplies.
- Track time and material usage on multiple properties daily to process for invoicing.
- Complete, process and approve paperwork with accuracy and be responsible for financial management and quality control.
- Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance.
- Conduct observational visits to managed properties and advise management for scheduling.
- Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients’ properties.
- Work closely with management to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio.
Compensation
- $55,000 -$65,000 per year base salary (experience dependent)
