Cutting Edge Industries is a full-service company. Currently seeking to fill two Full Time Landscape & Irrigation Estimator positions; Jr. Estimator & Sr. Estimator. Both as a Prime Contractor and Sub-Contractor.

The ideal candidate must have excellent numerical skills with an analytical mindset, a good communicator, excellent organizational skills and must be able to work independently.

Key responsibilities are estimating the cost of materials and labor of a project after researching and gathering all relevant details about the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Research the cost of items such as materials, labor and equipment.

-Request quotes from Suppliers and Contractors within a specific time frame.

-Produce all proposals accurately and on schedule to allow for a thorough review and approval by President.

-Ability to interpret Landscape and Irrigation plans and specifications required.

-Establish and maintain relationships with Contractors and Vendors.

-Must have the ability to work under pressure to meet set goals, budgets and deadlines.

-Must have detailed plan and specification reading.

-Excellent written and verbal skills.

-Self-starter & motivated.

-Deliver each bid with the highest level of integrity.

-Proficient In Excel & Word.

Compensation is DOE.

Jr. Estimator base salary plus commission starting at $60,000

Sr. Estimator base salary plus commission starting at $100,000

Full Time/ 40-55 hours per week
